Full-Stack Engineer

Build the DHT platform from data pipelines to deployment infrastructure. Work across Python, TypeScript, cloud architecture, and MLOps tooling.

Skills: Python, React, AWS/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, ML infrastructure
Location: Amsterdam or Remote (EU timezone)

Forward Deployment Engineer

Work directly with customers to deploy and configure the platform for their specific DHT use cases. Bridge technical implementation and clinical requirements, ensuring successful pilots and production deployments.

Skills: Full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, customer-facing technical communication, problem-solving in ambiguous environments

Ontologist (Data Engineer)

Design and implement standardized data models for multi-modal health data integration. Build ontologies that bridge clinical, imaging, omics, and wearable data sources while maintaining semantic consistency.

Skills: Health data ontologies (SNOMED, LOINC, FHIR), data modeling, Python/SQL, biomedical informatics background
Location: Amsterdam

Computational Biologist

Translate clinical and biological domain expertise into DHT architectures. Work with customers to define what makes a digital twin clinically valid for their specific disease area and use case.

Skills: Computational biology, systems biology, clinical research background, Python/R, disease modeling experience
